Property Buddy will extract key property data from a number third party and government websites to generate a 'Property Score' and a 'recommendation'. Over 15,000+ suburbs and 150,000+ data points area analysed in under 10 seconds.

  • Property Score
    ‍    A property score out of 100 is generated to rank properties. The property score is based on the Suburb, Property Features, Cashflow, Growth and Value.
  • Suburb Rating
    ‍    Property Buddy will analyse data such as population growth, median incomes, industries, proximity to schools, hospitals and transport to generate a score out of 20.
  • Property Rating
    ‍    Property Buddy will analyse features of the property such as land size, building size, zoning and bedrooms and check if its better than others available in the suburb.
  • Cashflow Rating
    Property Buddy calculates the weekly rental estimate for the property and tests this against household disposable income and income growth to generate a rating.
